I’m going to see it for that special thrill of watching a film shot in your backyard, Palm Beach and West Palm Beach FL. The last time I had this experience was seeing “Back to School” the Rodney Dangerfield film released in 1986, that was shot substantially on the University of Wisconsin at Madison campus. I was a graduate student then and exited a windowless lecture hall via a back door only to find I had walked into a scene that was about to be filmed. A director with a bullhorn instructed me to get out of view, and I joined a crowd behind the camera watching the sequence as it was filmed. It is recognizable in the final cut of the film, and is always a special kick to see.

Looked dumb to me at first. Statham can’t act can he?

But I’ve seen the preview so many times I actually want to see it now. Damn advertising. Maybe I just want to check J-Lo for a wire and bash a guy on the head with a toilet lid.
