More Immigration "Reform?"
U. S. Congress ^ | January 28, 2012/November 6, 1986 | Self

When liberals of either stripe whine about the "necessity of reforming our laws regarding immigration" please direct them to the above-captioned Act passed and signed into law in 1986.

It's time to put the onus on their backs and toss questions right back at them as President Reagan and the conservatives in the U.S. were "assured" that we would never again need to legalize those in our country illegally!

As most provisions, other than citizenship, were not only ignored they were flagrantly violated each and every year since 1986, even to the point that Newt Gingrich and Congressional Republicans had to write in the 1996 Welfare Reform Act, that no illegal alien would be receiving government benefits, a provision also in the Simpson/Mazzoli Immigration and Reform Control Act!

If you didn't like granting citizenship to 1.3 Million illegal aliens (mostly from Mexico) in 1986, and you really don't like granting it to between 12 and 20 Million illegal aliens now (again, mostly from Mexico, that's how their government handles it's unemployment and poverty - ship them North to the U.S.) you really won't like it in another 10 or so years, granting citizenship to yet another 15 to 30 Million illegals!

One thing is certain, America will no longer be America, it will be Northern Mexico!

Things never change. Gov't never 'solves' anything.

Thanks for your posting those photos.

The guys on the GOP site should be hanging in the Post Office as "enemies of the U.S. Constitution," they certainly will appear in my household as such.

I'd better not be asked to support Rubio for President, as a member of local GOP leadership because I'll not sign on for him, now nor ever!

I see eight we should “deport” from the Senate at the first available opportunity. Are they crying about “keeping families together” through this measure? With proper deportation practices we can reunite them in Mexico or whatever other cesspool they came from.

Here’s the question everyone should ask their Congresscritter and Senator:
Given the recent court rulings stating that the President violated the Constitution in the Recess appointments what makes you think he would enforce ANY law you pass to enforce Border Security? These people are Insane!

As if they care what you say... If you read some of the Congressional debate about Andrew Johnson’s impeachment, they were ready to remove him for similar recess appointment violations. Today, nobody cares.. just go back to arguing about who is going to win the Stuper Bowl.
