It’s going to cost consumers millions is what they should have said.

It's a good way of curing congestion - ticket prices will rise, and passenger traffic will fall.

You are being sarcastic, right?

Curing congestion would mean more airplanes in more places and more travel options.

Higher airline prices means higher prices for for everything that is deliveried via air. If a company pays more for employees travel that price is passed on to the product sales and eventually you and me.

A lawsuit and subsequent regulation leaves hinders competition which results in no choices in air travel and higher prices for eveything.

Just hoping you were aware of that.
