Sad. Sounds like that she was a good kid who was a victim to inadvisable policies.
At the end of the video, the reporter stated that the Police stated while the person shot had no arrest or gang history, most of the people she was hanging out with were part of gangs and they ran off with no one helping this girl when she was shot. There is more to this story then what we will probably ever know.
She was called a “good kid who always did the right thing” but look at the people she was hanging out with!
I just don’t understand why the people of Chicago haven’t surrounded the mayors office with pitchforks and torches, and DEMANDED they do something DIFFERENT!!!
They’ve disarmed the public, leaving them to the tender mercies of the gangs and corrupt politicians. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, expecting different results.
It’s incredibly tragic that they Chicago political thugs have cowed and hoodwinked the public to the point where the people do nothing while the death toll in this one city EXCEEDS that of war zones overseas!

If no one ‘knows’ who shot her, or the motive, who’s to say she wasn’t ordered shot by those looking to make her a tragic figure in the gun confiscation debate?

A reporter from Chicago Sun-Times excoriated talk shows for reporting that the young lady in question was with gang members. That reporter forgot to mention her own paper from where that bit of information was published and attributed to when that subject was brought up by talkie hosts.s

Obama certainly can’t critique a system created by his ilk .Ignored in his 23 edicts is that when once caught, perps get set free with lenient sentencing from “liberal” judges or sob sister plea bargain prosecution (which Obama supports for when a Illinois state senator while introducing legislation to sentence any 15 year old as an adult,(opps they could be fatherless) Obama voted “absent” with others on that roll call vote. But that leniency is promoted by the MSM,The New York Times CNN, NBC and,ABC. There’s certainly no criticism of “no snitch” mentality partcularly in areas where these shootings are rampant.
