Boy, that is certainly true.
Because of shedding, when we went shelter shopping for a pooch in 2009, I specifically wanted a dog with short dark fur.
At the time, I was unaware that our yellow lab — AKA Super Shedding Machine — was about to choose us.
Or, decorate your house to match your dog. I actually did that once and matched the carpet to the Golden Retriever.
Have to laugh at that one....I had a black lab and a black leather sofa....I went all around the house twice looking for her, she never had been on the sofa before. Finally checked the sofa, she had flatten herself as much as she could and didn’t move a muscle when I called her...smart dog but once she was removed from the sofa, she never went back on it...great dog I had to have put to sleep last week. Still miss her and sometimes think, I wonder where Pepper is, then remember she’s gone......GG
