Judges -- they find privacy when they want to, but can't find it when they don't want to. The Constitution? It covers privacy in the penumbra; except when it doesn't.

We were promised a government of laws and not men, but that went away a long, long time ago.

Where Judges err, they can be set right, by appeal, by law, by amendment.

You just have to have a reason why they erred, and convince people enough to win elections.
