Judges -- they find privacy when they want to, but can't find it when they don't want to. The Constitution? It covers privacy in the penumbra; except when it doesn't.

(Nothing will change until after the war.)
Where Judges err, they can be set right, by appeal, by law, by amendment.
You just have to have a reason why they erred, and convince people enough to win elections.
