Exordium

Exordium is an invisible substance that infects the eyes and brains of many well educated but unintelligent people.

No better example may be found than when it comes various art forms...writing, sculpture, painting, etc.

A drunk can stand on a step ladder and dribble paint from a can on a canvas on the floor and in it will be found great talent by eyes and brains infected with Exordium.

In hushed tones such dribblings will declared against all common sense to be “extraordinary!”.

Some rusted scrap metal welded into a jumbled mass will be declared “whimsical, primitive” but above all “extraordinary!” by the exordium stricken.

All this from the big book of Ordinary Extra Stuff soon to be written.

Some happy horse $h!t that xsbaby said they’re doing at her school bc of Newtown is they’re supposed to do “random acts of kindness” and then write what it was and put in a basket. Yesterday she said she wanted to write that her act of kindness was not punching the lights out of the penguin fan (that goes to her school) that was attempting to heckle her about Sundays game!

It’s private and not religious. She’s learning disabled and cannot attend a catholic school bc they do not have sufficient support for her. But in their defense, as puerile as the exercise is, it’s done anonymously. they aren’t to put their names on it and the basket is somewhere where you can just go and drop the note in.

Never even heard of this movie, but apparently its up for Oscars. The clip from the Katie show [puke] is pretty remarkable and has made me want to see the movie. a tearjerker for sure.
