We all know how this will end for Dorner, but I'm surprised by the support for him. One theme that keeps popping up is a common hatred for the LAPD. This episode should really make the LAPD examine its relationship to the community it serves because something is clearly wrong.

“We propose electing a man who could no longer sit idly by and watch as malicious tyrants abuse the innocent.”

Yeah never mind the fact that he was fired for excessive force. Never mind the fact that one of his first victims was guilty of nothing more than being the daughter of an attorney who lost the case on behalf of the police dept.

This guy would be doing the same stuff if he was still LAPD - only the victims would be different. A punk is a punk. Lets face it, he attacks only from ambush, shooting down unsuspecting victims. He’s too cowardly to fight a stand up fight cuz he knows his blubbery butt would get waxed in a second if he actually went mano-a-mano. Put him down like the mad dog he is.

The police opening fire on an innocent newspaper deliverer in front of the home of a department big shot was a turning point.

A lot worse. Besides the dead police officer, it appears these supporters aren't taking into account the deaths of two totally innocent people.

These sickos probably think Adam Lanza is some kind of hero too..after all, he was probably bullied for having Asperger’s Syndrome..so I guess in these idiot’s sick minds he was justified in doing what he did..I feel horrible for the victims families, knowing these leeches exist in the world celebrating their family members deaths

It’s expected from the New Black Panther mob mind set and the media will find away to pimp his side of the story as a victom of life long racism.

I cannot imagine anyone supporting what he is doing. He could have used the internet to get his story spread far and wide and someone would have been interested enough to investigate his claims. No need for him to murder people to prove his point. Many people are just stupid, same type of people that befriend or marry those in prison for serious crimes.

Must be one of those “If I had a son...” things Barry does. These days, murderers, thieves, crooks and sexual deviants are really popular with the low information, “smart” phone types living in this country. Lots of morons living here.

Aww. I thought the country had gotten over all the racial troubles. You mean this is just like it was during OJ? You mean there are thousands of people who live by ginning up racial hatred?
Didn’t we absolve our White Guilt by electing 0?

They took out 10 grocery bags filled with evidence.

When grocery bags are outlawed only the outlaws have grocery bags. The left will disown him over this.

This should surprise no one. It is entirely predictable that a criminal becomes a folk hero when he strikes against a corrupt government rather than the public.

“If the government becomes a law-breaker, it breeds contempt for the law: it invites every man to become a law unto himself, it invites anarchy.” US Supreme Court Justice Louis D. Brandeis.

I can’t help but wonder if some copycat(s) will show up and start “helping” him with his list. There is no shortage of nutcases in LA.

It seems that those in authority in government, business, education, etc. need to go back to a value system that causes them to treat people properly. So many have rejected their religious background and therefore have no clue on how to properly treat others.

What we are seeing is a rise in despotism. The culmination of that will result in a nation run much like North Korea, Cuba, etc. where government wields absolute authority. When the nation turns its back on God, historically, the result is ALWAYS the same.

I know of several supervisors who carefully follow company rules, but are abusive towards those under their authority. Very poor management style, but not illegal. This sort of thing is making a lot of people angry -- resulting in support for someone like Dorner who alleges he was mistreated, etc. and is striking back.
