Missouri Democrats Introduce Legislation to Confiscate Firearms - Gives Gun Owners 90 Days to Turn in Weapons

Missouri Democrats introduced an anti-gun bill which would turn law-abiding firearm owners into criminals. They will have 90 days to turn in their guns if the legislation is passed.

Here’s part of the Democratic proposal in Missouri:

4. Any person who, prior to the effective date of this law, was legally in possession of an assault weapon or large capacity magazine shall have ninety days from such effective date to do any of the following without being subject to prosecution:

(1) Remove the assault weapon or large capacity magazine from the state of Missouri;

(2) Render the assault weapon permanently inoperable; or

(3) Surrender the assault weapon or large capacity magazine to the appropriate law enforcement agency for destruction, subject to specific agency regulations.

5. Unlawful manufacture, import, possession, purchase, sale, or transfer of an assault weapon or a large capacity magazine is a class C felony.

I'm just glad it's getting more than local exposure.

Now when some Lib wants to argue "We don't want to take guns away"... all we have to do is point to this.

For those who are in support of taking the guns, you need to ask yourself a very important question, and I am not just talking about the politicians,
because if you support them, you have chosen your side.

Are you willing to die to take my guns?

Don't think the morons who proposed this thought it up on thier own. They're not that capable. This is substantially the same legislation that was passed in NYC in 1993. And the NYC police enforced it, arresting the few who didn't comply.

Big problem is that there are no negative consequences for anti-gunners who introduce somethign like this. Gun owners are too law abiding to go to their homes in the middle of the night and kill them (something that was done to Torries in 1777) So they introduce this stuff and congratulate themselfs on "sending a message." There needs to be a way to send a message back.

Governments at all levels know they have pushed us too far so they must disarm us before their cold war on our rights becomes a hot war.

These scum balls cannot even keep weapons out of jails that they completely control so it is obvious to anyone with a functioning brain (excludes all liberals) we will all be at the mercy of criminals and JBTs from all sorts of government agencies.

If they get away with this before a hot war begins, we will all be like the passengers on flight 93 who knew what was going to happen but their filthy government disarmed everyone of them except the rag head sand monkeys.

And seeing we have a rag head sand monkey in the White House, guess what is in store for us!

This is a very subtle set up for a position to be taken after the next mass shooting. These people know their proposal will not succeed at present. However, at the next incident they will be able to say-in good conscience-"see if we had confiscated the guns when we first proposed it these people would not be dead!"

These type of statements and actions evidence why the left always wins. They have a greater ability to look ahead and achieve a victory. It is Lenin's "two steps forward one step back" applied to American politics.

We need to start a webpage called Traitors.com, Domesticenemies.com or something to that effect that has a profile on every anti-civil Rights (anti-gun) zealot with so much information on them that they will squirm when they see it...such as their home and work address, wives workplace (down to which cubicle), daycare/church activities, kid's dorm room # and class schedule, favorite restaurant, walks in the park, where they take their pets to be vaccinated, doctor's office, CPA office, license plates, deeds, investments, 2nd homes, RVs, boats, airplanes, floor plans of their homes,....all with photos, GPS coordinates, and time date stamps where people can update their whereabouts and activites.

I mean, I am looking at www.californiagasprices.com right now and it wouldn't be that hard to get people with mobile devices to log in and leave information on each of these gungrabbers. Just substitute gas stations with known-gun grabber.

We need them to know that we not only know where they stand, but also that we know where they live and operate in order to infringe on our God-given rights.

They of course would be removed from the website when they buy their first Title 2 firearm, or become lifetime members to the GOA, JPFO, JBS, RNCC, RNC, GOP, and NRA;)

Based on what I’ve seen in the past Missouri is not the type of state that would normally propose anti-gun legislation (in fact probably the opposite) but I do know they are a state that’s had a lot of budget shortfalls and probably in need of a big cash infusion. They are also one of the strategic states that if onverted to anti-gun would probably influence others around them. What do ya wanna bet O has made promises to send federal grant money to that state in exchange for getting anti-gun legislation passed?

“We don’t organize. Who were you organized with in the last week? Nobody. You can’t get sold out if no
one knows what you’re doing. We use the Internet, and electronic bulletin boards. We get the message out,
about who the targets are, and how easy it is to kill them and get away with it when working alone.

“We don’t have to get much participation, Henry. Hell, take that figure of five million I used before, which
I think maybe low. If only one out of every five thousand thinks it’s a good plan, and pops one fed, don’t
you think a thousand dead ATF agents would get these guys to revise their priorities?”

“Let’s see if I’ve got your plan straight, here. You want to log onto th e Internet, or a bunch of bulletin
boards, or both. Anonymously, of course. Then you want to issue an ‘Immediate Release’ to all ATF and
government offices.” Henry thought a moment, then went on.

“It’ll say something like, ‘ATF, you’ve had your fun and up ‘til now your only risk has been a letter in your
file or a few days of paid suspension. That’s over. Thousands of decent American citizens are in prison or
dead because they didn’t fill out a line on one of your stupid forms, or a piece of wood or metal was longer
or shorter than you said it should be, or some other stupid thing. No more. The party’s over.’” Henry
thought a moment. “Won’t do much good to kill the janitors in the federal buildings, so let’s put a limit on
our ultimatum, say, GS-7.” He went back to his announcer’s voice.

“’From now on, any ATF employee with a Government Service classification of GS-7 or higher is a party
to the treason the ATF has committed and is now subject to execution, as are all ATF informants. No
exceptions.

“’Second, any judge who upholds any gun law shall also be guilty of treason and subject to execution. No
exceptions. From now on, guns will be treated the same as books.

“’Third, since elected officials and law enforcement entities have a duty to defend the Constitut ion, any
elected official or police agent who supports or enforces any measure, past or present, which violates the
Second Amendment shall be subject to execution. Private citizens may freely advocate any policies or ideas
that they want, as per the First Amendment.’” Not bad, actually Ray thought, but Henry was talking again.

“Then I suppose you’d want to post a list on the Internet of all the ATF agents and their home addresses.

Informants too, and maybe throw in the national politicians who’ve voted for antigun bills, so the people

wouldn’t have to track down all that info themselves. And then a few tips about tactics, and acting alone,
and not talking to anyone, and how you should refuse to make any statements at all to cops. That about
what you had in mind?” Henry asked his friend.

“Oh, I almost forgot—I guess you’d want to give all these thugs an alternative to being executed, so you’d
throw in a graceful way out, like ‘Public notice in the Wall Street Journal classifieds of resignation from
government service or from law enforcement duties shall secure absolution from past crimes. Any return to
government service shall reinstate the death sentence’.

-Unintended Consequences

It’s proposed by Democrats who are out numbered 2 - 1 in the house and senate and it’s a bill that has no chance of being brought to a vote.

I am sure that this bill is meant to be a trial balloon for the real objectives of the Democratic party. They are probably hoping to get some intermediate version of this in the near future as a step closer to their “final solution”. For those of you beating your chests with “come and take it” bravado, cops aren’t the enemy - they’re just the people stuck with enforcing the garbage our elites force on us. We have to get serious about organizing politically and defeating the anti freedom parties (democrats or republicans) and their fascist objectives. We are either armed members of our own government or we are prisoners of an illegitimate power.

These are illegal and very hard to obtain.

Replica muzzle loading guns made to various scales are legal

They have to be muzzle loading to be legal - no cheating, but they can be electrically detonated. A bit harder to hide in the bushes, but a replica or two smaller than full scale could probably be set to sweep the approaches to good effect. Scaling down and using tungsten shot would probably keep the effectiveness of a larger gun firing lead shot - just a thought. And muzzle loading isn't much of a disadvantage in the extreme situation of a hit squad coming to confiscate your arms and kill you, since it's not like you'd live to reload them anyway

Comment about the battle of Trafalgar

The first gun fired by Nelson's Victory was a carronade. HMS Victory used the two 68-pounder carronades which she carried on her forecastle to great effect at the Battle of Trafalgar, clearing the gun deck of the Bucentaure by firing a round shot and a keg of 500 musket balls through the Bucentaure's stern windows.
