AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) – A school principal said no white children were allowed at an after-school tutoring program, and now some parents call it discrimination.
The principal at Mission Viejo Elementary in Aurora sent a letter telling parents the program is only for students of color. Parents CBS4 talked with said they were shocked to see, in this day and age, what they consider to be segregation.
“I was infuriated. I didn’t understand why they would include or exclude certain groups,” said parent Nicole Cox, who is white.
Cox’s 10-year-old daughter needs tutoring. After receiving the notice, other parents complained to the school’s principal, Andre Pearson.
“We have come so far in all of these years to show everybody that everyone is equal, that everyone should be treated equally … this is a form of bullying,” Cox said.
Before Cox could complain to the school, Pearson contacted her directly. His voicemail only seemed to reinforce the segregated tutoring idea.
“This is Andre Pearson. It’s focused for and designed for children of color, but certainly, if we have space for other kids who have needs, we can definitely meet those needs,” Pearson told Cox in the voicemail.
“If”? How many illegals will be in the program taking up space for other students who are citizens?
And enough crap like that in the article might wake us up.

Really? White people have become so scared/stupid that they don’t even know how to complain about injustice anymore! This isn’t “bullying”, especially as it is applied these days to include anything that makes some kid feel bad.
This is RACIAL DISCRIMINATION. Call it like it is, Cox! These schools are teaching your kids that they are second-class citizens and by the time they grow up, they’ll be slaves to the US Government, which will be a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Peoples’ Republic of China.
“Bullying” is the least of their problems.
I am personally disgusted that affirmative action is allowed to stand, and as long as it does I could care less for anyone who fits into the “preferred” groups. Their sob stories on the news stir no reaction at all, except that I see them as possible job openings for people that look like me.
Like many of my urban ghetto counterparts, the concept of “country” has become meaningless (though for a different reason).
If you don’t like homeschooling, then don’t homeschool (or let your children date a homeschooler).

When a ‘White guy’ was accosted in a ‘Black’ Neighborhood they had the following observation ‘He should have known better than to be in THAT neighborhood at that time of night’.
So, the natural assumption ala JJ is
“The Black guy has RIGHTS to be in a ‘White’ neighborhood while a White guy should be SMART enough than to be in a ‘Black’ neighborhood”.

Was waiting to hear what the principal’s name is. “Andre” is almost as good an indication of the fellow’s agenda as Tyrone or Lamont would have been.

there was a school district in New Mexico that planned to have harsher punishment for whites than minorities until they were hit with a backlash

these don’t happen at every school, but it is more common than we think. I bet a lot of times it is kept under wraps.
I would never say it is everywhere. yet. But it is totally acceptable to a huge portion of our population.
