Virginia Beach, Va. – Slice by slice, one Virginia Beach pizza shop is showing its support for the Second Amendment by offering fifteen percent off pies to gun owners.

“All they have to do is show me that they’re carrying a weapon or they can show me their concealed weapons permit and they can get the discount,” says All Around Pizza owner, Jay Laze.

Laze started the offer after a Utah frozen yogurt shop made headlines earlier this month for also giving gun toters discounts.

I don’t think they’ll be robbed any time soon. At least by a sane person.

There used to be a sign on the front of this nice little western theme bar in Portland, CT.: *NRA MEMBERS WELCOME HERE*.

Now that was 30 years ago, which would be *cutting edge* for CT considering the time: I have no idea if the sign is still there.

Even the shop owners understands that people that take the time to go out and buy a firearm LEGALLY, take training so they know to use it properly, and obtain a CCL are not criminals and most certainly not the type to use it to rob someone or march into a school and open fire on the students. Why can’t Obama and his minions get this through their thick skulls? Oh yeah, you can’t reason with a dictator whose end goal is to disarm the people for total control.

So true. Any thug contemplating a robbery will select any target but this store. When there’s an excellent chance that an attempt to rob the place will be be thwarted by several guns, best to just move on.

This concept is true on every level. Why can’t the libs understand this concept? The probability of a home having a gun, or guns, for protection is the best deterrent.

Portland , CT ? Just east of my hometown of Willimantic . Fond memories of spending weekends there at my Aunt Julie’s house and playing with my 6 cousins . None of them live in CT any longer . Me , either . I’m in Japan .

Good idea, but I think I’d ask to see the weapon AND the permit at the same time. Try this in Chicago and the whole hood would show up.

A great business model.

The criminals would never know when an armed citizen might show up, they will stay away if they know what is good for them.

The customers will feel safer. Those with weapons will obviously feel more welcome.

The libs can eat at Denny's.

Heck - I'd spend money there even if the pizza was only so-so.

There is a place in Houston that welcomes guns on premises. It’s called the Burger Shack, it’s on I-10, between the Loop and Beltway 8. The burgers are pretty good too, so are the fried pickles. :)

Going to such lengths just makes me shake my head. In Arizona, things are so much easier. Except for criminals.

If a criminal in Arizona uses a gun, it means one of two things: “You’re not from around here, are you?”, that they are transients passing through; or, that they are so incredibly crazy they don’t care if other people are shooting at them.

It is so obvious that even people who are temporarily nuts on alcohol or drugs are still generally sane enough to know that they had better not play with a gun, or else they are likely to get shot.

And there are still banditos in the world, like this psycho, who was sentenced to 87 years, of which he must serve 72 before being eligible for parole:

Had a neighbor who didn't like me to carry on his property, and his neighbor (lib) used to
bug me about it all the time. Then one day I found out they both had guns in their houses.
I fail to try and understand stupidity and lack of any logic in most people. Yes, Most people.
