Law Enforcement Targets, Inc., a company that sells law enforcement and federal agencies realistic paper targets for firearms training, is providing the Department of Homeland Security with images of non-traditional threats.
The people in these images are most likely Americans, with such images as pregnant woman threat, older man with shotgun, older man in home with shotgun, older woman with gun, young school aged girl, young mother on playground, and little boy with real gun, writes Paul Joseph Watson on Tuesday.
View slideshow: Law Enforcement Target's Non-Traditional Threat targets It would appear as if this company is trying to help police and law enforcement prepare for fighting Americans. As Watson points out, there would have to be a demand among the agencies to which the company sells in order to put these products on the market.
Law Enforcement Targets Web site declares that these targets are designed to give officers the experience of dealing with deadly force shooting scenarios with subjects that are not the norm during training, and are meant to help the transition for officers who are faced with these highly unusual targets for the first time.
The line of images is called "No More Hesitation," implying that law enforcement shouldn't hesitate to kill these people just because they're Americans.
Speculation that the DHS is preparing for fighting within the United States has abounded for some time. Over the last year, the department has purchased nearly 2 billion rounds of hollow point ammunition of various calibers, enough to fight a 30 year war and shoot every American man, woman and child four times.

Can readers believe anything that drama queen, lunatic writes?
our government is gearing up for war against its citizens.
Not very lifelike.
“So wheres that cop and soldier no hesitation target line? Waiting,,,,”
Rhino has what I had in mind. Of course targets with little kids is okay by them - but DHS is probably nailing down our GPS coordinates for mentioning that turn-about is fair play.
They’re all white, aren’t they?
I’m waiting for the holster-sniffers to stop by and tell us how much LEO’s need these types of targets for training.
Our government is officially certifiable
Didn't Paul Joseph Watson discuss that with you?
Cops use live targets for that training element.
I put out an E-lert to my intel loop about this when I heard about it from multiple sources, including WND.
One of my contacts conducted some “research” and concluded that I was perpetrating a hoax and that my warnings are “garbage”.
“I’ve just checked Law Enforcements Targets, Inc., http://www.letargets.com.
They don’t sell that crap. Some wing nut has copied their adds, changed the pictures, titles, and come up with phony order numbers, NMH-1,NMH-2, etc
We’ve got better battles to fight than fake ones the nuts dream up.
I’d bet some Islamists did the work.”
Of course we could expect letargets to come clean on this just like Slick Willy told us the truth about his relationship with Monica Lewinsky, right?
You can trust one of DHS’s suppliers; they’re not like the others....
IF this is a hoax, then someone went to a lot of trouble to construct it.
Can anyone confirm that these targets have actually been produced and supplied to the jackboots?
WND claims that the DHS has already paid around $2 million for them - that’s a lot of money for targets... especially if they don’t exist!
If this is an elaborate hoax, then I’ll be feeling pretty punked; but if it’s legit and the target co. is lying and trying to cover up (I can’t imagine that, can you?) it would fit the well established pattern woven by the federale’s of their apparent (if not obvious) preparations for an all out civil war against the American civilian population... probably focused on certain ethnic and religious demographic segments of said population, as these “targets” either realistically or facetiously might suggest.
The recent government purchase of billions of rounds of .40 JHP ammo which is prohibited for use in warfare as “barbaric” by the Geneva conventions, IIRC, is just part of that evolving and sinister pattern.
We seem to have a few posters in here who are advancing the “Right wing conspiracy” accusation along with my contact who has summarily dismissed me as a purveyor of “garbage”, while others see this report as legit. Can someone with connections please run a credibility check for us here?
Quite possibly because he made it up out of whole cloth.
It's kind of funny that they put up an explanation/apology for their "No More Hesitation Targets" if they didn't/don't sell them. It's right there on the page you linked to.
"The subjects in NMH targets were chosen in order to give officers the experience of dealing with deadly force shooting scenarios with subjects that are not the norm during training. I found while speaking with officers and trainers in the law enforcement community that there is a hesitation on the part of cops when deadly force is required on subjects with atypical age, frailty or condition (one officer explaining that he enlarged photos of his own kids to use as targets so that he would not be caught off guard with such a drastically new experience while on duty). This hesitation time may be only seconds but that is not acceptable when officers are losing their lives in these same situations. The goal of NMH is to break that stereotype on the range, regardless of how slim the chances are of encountering a real life scenario that involves a child, pregnant woman, etc. If that initial hesitation time can be cut down due to range experience, the officer and community are better served."
I think you are the only person on earth who would defend our “betters” being trained by shooting at photorealistic targets of children as “not very lifelike”.
Can’t say I’m surprised, though.
Aim small, miss small.
Possible, but quite certain you were first in line to defend them when you thought it might be true.
He meant that he’s not very lifelike.
Don’t tell Alaska Wolf, he’ll just tell you it’s normal for an LEO supplier to defend doing something they weren’t doing rather than admit they were punked...
No, you emote.
shooting at photorealistic targets of children as not very lifelike.
All the targets are the same size; 23"x35". All children and adults aren't the same size. Can you provide evidence that these targets referred to by the kook, PJW, have been used or are presently in use by law enforcement agencies?
