NBC Sacramento affiliate KCRA reports a number of giant goldfish have been found in Lake Tahoe, possibly posing a risk to the lake’s fragile ecosystem.

Biologists have not yet confirmed if toxic waste from the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant is to blame.

It’s about time Atomic fish came around. Libs dredging up the 50’s. I loved all the mutant reptile and spider movies. Godzilla was the king of atomic mutants.

Exactly. "Toxic waste?" Shades of Earth Day stories about Lake Erie.("Nothing lives there but a strange mutant carp which feeds on toxic waste.") Yep, you can look it up in the "Environmental Handbook," 1970.

Time for the green weenies to get some new material.
