Not only were the Nazis into environmentalism, they were also heavy into government control over “fitness and health” and of course, eugenics, all of which are favorite hobby-horses of the left.

Undoubtedly, a clean environment and good health went hand in hand. Even today, when you go to environmental meetings, the department of health is always sitting in the next chair over.

Himmler was especially attracted to what we call “New Age” spirituality, and the top echelon of his cronies practiced Teutonic Ceremonies, complete with runes, sun spirals , and sacred circles, much like today’s drum circles and spiritism.
Also the nazi quest for legendary holy articles, depicted in the Indiana Jones Movies, was a real thing.
Not just health, but over-the-top “Fitness”.
