Not only do I hate the new way of doing things in widows 8, but I can’t get firefox to work with it without crashing all the time. And I hate all the other browsers.
I have a Lenovo with Win 8 and Firefox works great.
I haven’t had any “crash” problems at all with this Computer, but my last Laptop had Vista, making my expectations much lower. LOL
My Wife and I also have Windows Phones and we love them. My old Droid is all but forgotten.
What version of FireFox are you using? I installed FF 19 and was having fairly constant crashing too. I googled it and people were saying the problem was specific to v19 and the fix was to use the v20 beta. I loaded that and I think I might have had a couple spontaneous crashes since, but very few.
