Justice Milton Tingling of state Supreme Court in Manhattan called the ban 'arbitrary and capricious.' Bloomberg said that he would not seek the City Councils approval to try and enforce the ban, as the chances of passage would be low.

Anyway, he's ten feet tall to me. Bloomberg is a jackass and he needs to be swatted down hard and often. The excerpts of the opinion I've seen are outstanding. Well done.

It’s called Escalation, and it pertains to many things in life. Drugs - marijuana to stronger highs or from recreational use of coke to full blown addict - alcohol, social drinking to alcoholic binger - AND power...you get a little, it’s like a full blown stiffy, the more you have the more you want - whatever tickles your twisted fantasies....anything to keep it up.

You know these people are ready to ‘give up’ public life when they start doing outlandish things and take on (PUSH DOWN EVERYONE ELSES THROAT) pet projects.
He’s (Bloomburg) pictured with a “Big Gulp” sold by 7-11 but as I understand it 7-11 was always excluded from the new law because they are regulated by the state.

The tiny shoes fit him perfectly. despite his wealth, it’s not enough to overcome his feeling of inadequatcy as a diminutive person.
Even though he’s a billionaire, Bloomberg is still a short man and no amount of soda pop can change that.
