Coffee. Black. Strong. AM only. Tea. When I’m sick.

Coffee in the AM, Bourbon in the PM...

...tea goes in bay where it belongs, always.

I've started drinking more coffee when I'm out over the past dozen years or so (longer, actually, but definitely after grad school started).

Basically, free refills in diners for coffee, and tea is rarely hot enough when I'm out for my taste. Nothing worse than being served lukewarm tea. Also the water is cloudly because they don't flush out that little spigot as often as they should.

At home, it's mostly tea, although recently I've pulled the coffee pot (which we've had for "company" for 20 years) and have left it on the counter.

And McDonald's makes good coffee and a large cup is a buck. Nice.

Sweet tea, all the time. It’s a Texan thing. :)

I prefer coffee, served piping hot by my manservant Odie.

Coffee in the morning. But only if I brew it. Sweet tea any other time.

Used to drink my coffee with two sugars and no cream. One pot in the morning and one pot in the afternoon. Have always hated the taste of milk, cream and most other dairy products. Moved to Florida eight years ago and got re-connected with sweet tea. Publix market makes the best.

Six years ago, started losing my taste for sweets. Gradually cut out using sugar in coffee and now just drink it black. One pot in the morning.

If we go out to eat or go to coffee hour after church, I just drink orange juice as other coffees, not fresh ground, taste horrible to me.

Give me my Columbian, or give me orange juice.

I do make an exception for my neighbor, a native of Jamaica, who brings me Blue Mountain coffee from her family's plantation in that country.

Still puzzled as to why I lost my sweet tooth for everything except sweet tea. Cakes, pies, waffles, pancakes, candy all taste awful now.

Restaurant tea service in the US is dreadful! So often just a cup of warm water with a tea bag on the side.

I have always loved the smell of coffee. It reminds me of getting up in the morning before we go out for chores. However, it never ever tasted to me how it smelled, so I never could drink it. So, I’m a tea guy. I especially like the tea made in Chinese food places.
