On Sunday, the Massachusetts Republican Party held a St. Patricks Day breakfast. During the event, Plymouth County Sheriff Joseph D. McDonald offered a presidential joke to hundreds of guests.
According to Boston.com, McDonald joked about President Barack Hussen Obama being visited in a dream by three past U.S. presidents, a plot similar to what transpired in the 1988 film "Scrooged" starring a young Bill Murray.

Why not make a movie about it?
No big deal. Just laugh right along with everyone else. "A merry heart makes like good medicine."
Plymouth County Sheriff Joseph D. McDonald... joked about President Barack Hussen Obama being visited in a dream by three past U.S. presidents, a plot similar to what transpired in the 1988 film "Scrooged" starring a young Bill Murray.
Right. No big deal.

A book? You expect journalists to think of books?! HA! There’s no LGBT subtext, so it isn’t on their reading list.
The last time I heard that old joke, I fell off my dinosaur laughing.
I can’t believe anyone could be upset by a joke that has been told in the last 4 presidential terms.
"It may be poor taste to crack a joke about a politician's possible death. However, reactions could be more even on both sides of the isle, and not just when Democrats are the butt of a political joke."
Lost me right there. If some blogger wants attention, then by God pay attention in third grade English. This SO chaps my hide.
Hey..........idiot...........it's AISLE. Don't pretend to speak for the rest of us when you don't have your shit together.
Take note, bloggers. Learn your language, learn your craft. All else gets lost in your ignorance.
Not sure is there have been other elected officials that have joked about a president being assassinated.
My bet is that the sheriff loses his job.
Feel free to jump in and make a comment, Marv.
Stop wasting my donations with your blogpimping.
I bet you $10,000 he keeps it and no one gives a crap either way.
My advice to POTUS is don’t go to a theater or to Dallas.
Being that there is only one dubious source for this story, I doubt it really occurred. But if it did and a sheriff is really joking about a particular person being murdered, he is unfit for his job.
This isn’t blogpimping - this is the scene where the crack-whore hitches her skirt up to demonstrate her lack of undergarments.
Call it what you will, it ain’t pimping - no pimp would run this slut.
I was there. The jokes were great and tough. Not the pansy PC stuff that offends NYers but the type of roasting South Boston Irish Catholics say to each other on St Pateicks Day.
Sheriff Joseph D. McDonald has a wonderful sense of humor.
Heard the same joke mentioning Washington, Madison and Lincoln advising Clinton.
Clinton asked what advice Washington had for the current President, he replied:
“Never tell a lie.”
Clinton asked what advice Madison had for the current President, he replied:
“Always uphold the Constitution.”
Clinton asked what advice Lincoln had for the current President, he replied:
“It might be time to purchase some theatre tickets.”
It was funny when I heard it, but the exact wording is cold now. Obozo is many times worse than Bill Clinton.
More than likely, He is white and probably a Republican.
Oh, quite the contrary,
please go see a play at the Ford mr. obammy
What about Scrooge and Marley? Weren't they secret gay lovers?
< / sarcasm >
Just goes to show that even a liberal republican is not 100 percent wrong about everything.
He would not have been elected sheriff if he was any thing but a liberal.
