“deeply pity”

Was that intentional?

EPA?

They are too busy harrassing businesses in cities to worry about old duffers like me.

But the locals here are not easily intimidated. The sheriff, police and county judge are friends of mine. Families here have known each other for generations.

Long and short, I don’t feel threatened. But I am also not interested in digging a basement. My house is big enough now.

Has any one considered hooking up a couple of outboard motors around Dover way and moving Britain closer to Ireland? Just curious.

“....because, ya see, your land ain’t really your land, and your home ain’t really your home...”

When has it ever not been the case that a sovereign body of government did not have supreme rights under God to your land? In Pennsylvania, the State is sovereign, and you contract with them to maintain possession — to receive a deed to the land.

Is there somewhere that individuals are “sovereign”? Has there ever been such a place?

mind you this is monarch/socialist britain, where historically most people had no rights to land. this particular area is so developed the only way to go to expand your property is down. up is almost impossible via permits amd then being taxed out the a$$.

Bloody Bollocks!!

I NEED somewhere to store my collection of Ferraris!

Because I live in Florida on a coral ridge, there are NO basements at all.
