There was a guy somewhere in UK that made a "do-it-youslf" project basement....the house collapsed on him....

Not only did he get a fine for "excavating without a permit" but a bill for the rescue and another (bigger bill) for the demolition and removal of his house.

When subterranean excavations are banned...only outlaws....etc...

so one guy doesn’t know how to do it and that means nobody can?

hey have this great one in washngton state where the guy made like 4-6 floors underground, explaining the process and how he safely did it. talking rebar concrete.
