Posted on 03/26/2013 10:36:13 AM PDT by ConjunctionJunction
Here is a list of the major named characters and their locations as of the end of the most recent episode "This Sorrowful Life":
Sasha (Tyreese's sister)
Allen (originally part of Tyreese's group)
What are your predictions for the season finale?
The Zombies will continue to eat well.
Walking Dead ping!
Please let me know if you would like on or off The Walking Dead ping list.
LOL! As always! ;-)
From last week’s preview, it appeared that the prison group would be packing up to leave. It also appeared that the Gov was getting ready to assault the prison at about the same time.
Rick and Co. try to leave the prison but can’t get out before the Guv hits them I predict.
ummm I admit to watching this show, not for sure why..
The prison is left booby trapped. The prison crew makes it to Woodbury or back where Malcolm is. Either one or both Glenn and or Maggie dies given the love and affection we saw last time.
Is that Maggie as a zombie getting choked by Michone?
I thought that they were packing up to leave the prison while the Governor was busy torturing Andrea. The sneak peek seems to hint that the prison is empty when the Governor and his people show up to assault the prison. But what surprises did Rick & crew leave behind for them?
Some Walkers fight over the Governors good eye.
It does kind of look like Maggie, doesn’t it? No, that pic is from the most recent episode “This Sorrowful Life”. The zombie is just a random extra, as far as I know.
Wishes? The Governor must die. I'd have had that bastard at room temp a looong time ago. Andrea should have done it a long time ago but has proven herself useless.
1) You enjoy character driven drama.
2)You want hints for the coming Zombie apocalypse
Thanks for adding me.
I didn’t start watching this show until this season. I am somewhat troubled by the callous indifference shown to the plight of the Walkers by the characters. After all, they were human once and became Zombies through no fault of their own.
But they might do a look-like-he-dies thing but then he pops up again half way through the next season. Either Glenn or Maggie is doomed (then Darryl and Carol will become next season's cute couple) and probably Hershal.
And maybe...the baby dies but doesn't become a zombie proving that the virus does not transmit to the next generation.
Then, Carl and Beth hook up because it is the end of the world and you're never too young to start because you probably will never reach maturity any way.
Milton is probably doomed. Andrea will live even though most of us would rather see her eaten.
Whew! Is that enough?
Never ever ever get engaged, or talk about how happy you are, right before a season-ending battle.
“Is that Maggie as a zombie getting choked by Michone?”
No, I think it’s actually Debbie Wasserman-Schultz without makeup on.
That was Greg Nicotero. He’s the head of the special makeup effect department. He also directs some episodes. He’s been a zombie 3 different times on the show (so far).
I thought I heard them say on the Talking Dead that there would be some “celebrity” zombies in the upcoming season finale.
They are in survival mode and have become hardened. They don’t kill Walkers unless threatened by them.
I just don’t know how any of them can have an apetite. LOL
Well, perhaps Andrea can start her own walker civil rights law practice after the Governor's done torturing her. ;-)
Low information voters will join the hordes of the undead haunting the 1% until they’re reduced to poverty. Fast food will take on a whole new identity.
The last episode had 10.99 million viewers for the initial broadcast hour. Next week Season Finale will probably top 12 million.
My prediction is its really hard to predict with this show. However, it won’t hurt my feelings if Andrea and Milton bite the dust. Andrea could have ended this coming battle if she had killed the Governor. She had multiple opportunities.
LOL, this is nothing but one cliche it seems. I was thinking the governor kidnaps Judith, but that would be to close to Lost.
The only survivors are Rick, Carl, Daryl, Michonne, Hershel (all of the best actors). AND The Governor!
Everyone else gets eaten.
But then - there has to be a major hook for next season:
The Survivors Find Out That There Is A CURE!
Tune in next season:)
Damn it, you're probably right.
The characters have not always been so callous. The personal loss, deprivations, hunger - the abject horror they've experienced since day one have changed them, even as they tried to retain their humanity.
You really must see it from the beginning.
add me to ping list..thanks
I thought jdub was being facetious?
I’m in agreement with you about Glenn or Maggie, and Herschel. I knew when the three of them shared those happy little moments about the proposal that at least one will die. UGH, I hate it.
My prediction is that the Governor survives.
Morrisey plays such an effective villain, it is just shocking. I noticed on the Talking Dead that when Morrisey was introduced, there seemed to be a good three seconds before anyone dared to applaud him.
I thought this was quite an underhanded compliment at how effective he is as a villain.
In the comic book Glenn and Maggie get married and have a baby. Eventually Glenn dies.
I pretty sure Andrea lives.
My guess is that Milton will let Andrea go and the Gov will kill him.
I would not be surprised if Andrea then kills the Gov.
Before the last episode, I predicted Daryl would be killed, and Merle would go nuts. Clearly, I had that backward.
In the season finale, Daryl will kill the governor, Milton will die, and Carol will die. Carl will save the group in some surprising way.
I know, right? :-(
I agree..by the way did you see the gov on the Talking Dead? co producer was on as well...Morrisey is an effective villain for sure
In the pilot episode, Rick was setting off to find his wife and son, and he came across a female walker----she was just a torso, trying to pull herself along by her arms. Rick put her out of her misery, but before he did, he said, "I'm sorry this happened to you." I don't believe the survivors are indifferent. It's just that they've necessarily become harder, and are doing what they must to survive.
I was amazed on how well he does the good ‘ol boy Southern dialect considering his natural Irish regular speech.
Yep, I did. Dude just owns.
I thought I heard that he was to play Doctor Who now. Not sure if I misheard that or what, but I’d watch.
Daryl made it back? Last I saw of him he was at the meeting place killing zombies who were eating his brother Merle (who died at the hands of the Governor).
But I think he is an Englishmun.
Much of season 2 was hand-wringing about that issue. Herschel, the one-legged guy, had kept a bunch of zombies in his barn on the theory that they might be saved with a cure. They eventually escaped and ate up some of his family. That was sort of the end of the discussion on sympathy for the zombies.
I’ve always thought Brit actors do better Southern accents.
Andrea rejoins Rick’s group along with Milton, Tyrese and Sasha. Beth, Hershel and possibly Carol get killed.
