No, I think it’s actually Debbie Wasserman-Schultz without makeup on.
That was Greg Nicotero. He’s the head of the special makeup effect department. He also directs some episodes. He’s been a zombie 3 different times on the show (so far).
I thought I heard them say on the Talking Dead that there would be some “celebrity” zombies in the upcoming season finale.
They are in survival mode and have become hardened. They don’t kill Walkers unless threatened by them.
I just don’t know how any of them can have an apetite. LOL
Well, perhaps Andrea can start her own walker civil rights law practice after the Governor's done torturing her. ;-)

Low information voters will join the hordes of the undead haunting the 1% until they’re reduced to poverty. Fast food will take on a whole new identity.
The last episode had 10.99 million viewers for the initial broadcast hour. Next week Season Finale will probably top 12 million.
My prediction is its really hard to predict with this show. However, it won’t hurt my feelings if Andrea and Milton bite the dust. Andrea could have ended this coming battle if she had killed the Governor. She had multiple opportunities.
LOL, this is nothing but one cliche it seems. I was thinking the governor kidnaps Judith, but that would be to close to Lost.
The only survivors are Rick, Carl, Daryl, Michonne, Hershel (all of the best actors). AND The Governor!
Everyone else gets eaten.
But then - there has to be a major hook for next season:
The Survivors Find Out That There Is A CURE!

The characters have not always been so callous. The personal loss, deprivations, hunger - the abject horror they've experienced since day one have changed them, even as they tried to retain their humanity.
You really must see it from the beginning.

I’m in agreement with you about Glenn or Maggie, and Herschel. I knew when the three of them shared those happy little moments about the proposal that at least one will die. UGH, I hate it.
My prediction is that the Governor survives.
Morrisey plays such an effective villain, it is just shocking. I noticed on the Talking Dead that when Morrisey was introduced, there seemed to be a good three seconds before anyone dared to applaud him.
I thought this was quite an underhanded compliment at how effective he is as a villain.
In the comic book Glenn and Maggie get married and have a baby. Eventually Glenn dies.
I pretty sure Andrea lives.
My guess is that Milton will let Andrea go and the Gov will kill him.
I would not be surprised if Andrea then kills the Gov.
Before the last episode, I predicted Daryl would be killed, and Merle would go nuts. Clearly, I had that backward.
In the season finale, Daryl will kill the governor, Milton will die, and Carol will die. Carl will save the group in some surprising way.
I know, right? :-(
