Lotto tickets are not pre selected to a specific location or printer.
So who gets which numbers, and when, is completely random at the time of request.

I realize. Theoretically, if she was in his place in line, buying the same # of tickets...based on what the machine was spitting out at that time....she.................oh, nevermind.
