No argument here. No quick death for that jerk.

Marcella, I never hated anyone in my life until he came along. I can truly say I despise him.

I know it isn’t Christian, but there’s no point in lying about it....God knows my heart. The only way I’ll ever overcome my feelings is by prayer.

I’m wondering if the folks at the prison are going to pull a trick on the Governor and his people. Like - maybe they will travel to just outside the walls of the town and wait until the Governor and his people leave (having set lots of booby traps back at the prison) and then they’ll sneak into the town and take over.

That’s a good idea - I hope they are as smart as you are.

I personally think the prison is safer. Rick’s gang has already managed to sneak into the town.

I think Rick will bring layers of walkers into the prison to surround his crew while he Daryl, Glenn, and Michonne go hunting the Governor.

Michonne was right about making it too much trouble for the governor at least in the short term.

I think Darryl is popular because:

Strong...Silent...Type.

Think John Wayne...

I ended up being almost dead-on. I don’t really understand why they didn’t go back to the prison and get everyone and bring them to Woodbury, instead of gathering everyone from Woodbury and taking them back to the prison. Maybe they think their defenses at the prison are more secure.

Great episode, though. Kinda made up for a few episodes that were rather dull this year.

Carl is bad-assed.

Surprised that there isn't an outcry from the Left over his action and then defense of that action.

I just hope that the writers don't screw Carl up over the next season due to PC pressure.

I don’t understand what the big deal is about Carl’s actions. They told the “kid” to “put down the gun.” He didn’t PUT DOWN the gun - he appeared to be trying to hand it over, but the way he was moving was kind of creepy. I’d have shot him, too, under the circumstances. If someone has two guns aimed at my face and they tell me to do something, I’m going to do what they say, not whatever I feel like doing.

You did nail it. I guess they thought the prison was safer than the “town” so brought those people there.

Had I been Carl, I would have killed that young man, too. He was an enemy who was trying to kill them minutes ago and if Carl had not had a gun, the young man enemy would have killed him. A deadly enemy is a deadly enemy no matter how old that person is.

And his explanation to Rick was right on. He told of two times Rick let people live and they came back to kill people.

Since there is no rule of law and no place to keep prisoners and feed them, killing them is the only option.

Carl could take him out. And The Governor also.
