Obama isn’t going to be happy about this.
This reminds me of the absurdity of the no-smoking laws here in San Diego. Smoking is not allowed on the beaches but fires in fire pits is perfectly legal.
Smokers at the beach are THE worst. Leave their butts all over even if a special receptical (taxpayer paid of course) is 1 foot away.
Plus if you’re going to allow tobacco combustion, why not other substances as well? Why can’t people combust charcoal or wood or even trash?
Do they allow smoking by scuba divers or skin divers under water?
I know. The beach is just one giant ash tray for them.
Yes they do; Dog Beach. I always thought it was where ugly women went.
They probably do. But give it time.
if they’re banning smoking due to it being a public health hazard, then why aren’t they banning homosexuality?
They are encouraged to “pick” up after pets.
Why not just encourage smokers to curb their butts?
I always do.
Naw, it is easier to treat smokers like vermin.
I HATE SMOKE NAZI’S!!!
I've been on some beautiful beaches that are soiled by dog poop, cans, litter etc. If smoke bothers you in the outdoors there is something wrong with you.
Black’s beach is a haven for it.
It probably has changed over the years.
I used to have good looking friends that lived up there.
Chip Chip Chipping away at American freedom. These low tier politicans are some real “heroes”.
I just wish politicians would have the gonads to outlaw smoke products altogether.
Of course that means they’d have to give up taxes, but stop the hypocrisy for pete’s sake.
That is not a slam on smokers but on the principles politicians should have.
I have said that for years, stop doing this death of a thousand cuts thing.
Once they realize they just banned smoking pot they will realize the Coumo moment they had.
