Since last week's feature was "The Robe", I figured its sequel would make a logical follow up feature. Mature, Rennie as Simon Peter and Jay Robinson as Caligula all return this time. Portraying the women in Demetrius' life are Debra Paget(a very nice lady I've had the pleasure to meet and see perform onstage) as the Christian, Susan Hayward(Nixon's favorite actress) as the pagan, and a pre-"Mrs. Robinson" Anne Bancroft(a/k/a Mrs. Mel Brooks).

My mom was a big fan of his. Somewhere on youtube is “Samson and Delilah”. If it’s still available, it might be a future MFASA.

We just bought Samson & Delilah on DVD - so it’s available. It also stars the wonderful Ms. Hedy Lamarr.
