They shoot so many. Do they eat them? They hit the scales at 300 to 700 pounds. That is a lot of sausage.
I have a neighbor, ethnically Polynesian, who goes to a local ranch every month or so and takes a Black Russian Boar. He has a pit in his back yard that cooks the hog Hawaiian style......all the relatives come over for the event. According to him the ranchers love when he shows up to take a hog. They are very destructive and the populations are exploding......
