Well I think its the end of the bull market.

All the Ben Bernank’s money printing couldn’t keep the asset bubbles going.

True. Currency is not collapsing.

In fact the attempt to inflate is, as we are seeign the metals, and commodities, and (I think) just starting in stocks, is a failure.

Deflation wins, at least for now and probably longer.

68 and partly cloudy-but by Wednesday, another cold front is due in, bringing nights in the 30’s and maybe rain-fine with me-the summer nights could stay around 50-55, and I’d be perfectly happy...

The crasis of the tax rules
Has gotten so out of hand
That even the accountants
Struggle just to understand

The meaning of the brackets
We are all supposed to fit
Into one way or another
But there is no sense in it

Perhaps the reason it exists
In such a ridiculous mess
Is to provide for thousands-
Via jobs with the IRS...

I don’t believe in no-win scenarios-we are never doomed unless we allow it, so take heart.

They have way too many other, easier ways to squeeze money from “the rich”-and rich seems to be anyone with a retirement account. Best just stuff a cushion with the money.

I would ask where everyone is, but given that it is tax day, that would be redundant...

It is awful-large gatherings in cities are apparently not safe-there have been a lot of close calls, but this one got by law enforcement somehow. Is it just me, or does this mirror the bombings in Europe done by mid-eastern terrorists? I also heard that the suspect they have in Boston is a Saudi...

I’m glad of that-first I heard there is a suspect in custody, then I heard not, then that there was another suspect taken in someplace else, etc, etc. I guess everything is in real confusion, to the point that I hope they don’t overlook someone who might have something to do with this...

NO sympathy for the one who killed a little girl and harmed a 3 year old boy. Is the death penalty on the table? Better be.
