And yet the rich still pay two thirds to 75% of all taxes. Uninformed people hear this and think the rich don’t pay taxes.

They are not “loopholes”. They are the law.

A loophole is a deduction which one person/business bribed a Congressman to get and others are rude enough to also use without paying the same toll.

Correct you are! The congress critters allow them so why not use them. We need flat tax and get rid of the tax code.
