Skip to comments. Not In Her Shoes: How you can make Planned Parenthood look stupid in 140 characters or less

On Tuesday, April 16, Planned Parenthood will plaster the web with the Not In Her Shoes campaign for their Virtual Lobby Day. We need your help yes, you! to turn it around on them.
Planned Parenthood is encouraging women to tweet and blog and otherwise post photos of their shoes, with pithy captions about how dont nobody know what its like to walk in my shoes, mkay?
See, these people are still trying to convince us that its okay for them to get paid to take the lives of innocent humans, because they do it for really, really good reasons.
Not money. No way. Has nothing to do with money. Nope.
In response, Texans for Life Coalition plans to out-lobby the lobbyists with Virtual Pro-Life Lobby Day, a Not In Her Shoes campaign of their very own that will make Planned Parenthoods message look even more dumb and shallow than it already does.
The best part: you can be involved!
Show Planned Parenthood what abortion really means by tweeting and posting photos of baby girl shoes and booties with a comment reminding abortion advocates that theyve never for a moment considered what it feels like to be the baby girl that will never get to wear shoes.
Visit the Not In Her Shoes Virtual Pro-Life Lobby Day page on Facebook for ideas, and show your support by liking the page.
Then, this Tuesday, April 16, tweet and post your Not In Her Shoes photo with the hashtag #notinhershoes.
Planned Parenthood tells us they are helping women. Women come to them with all sorts of problems, from being poor to being really busy at work to having mean Republican parents who dont understand them. Planned Parenthood is there to help. And yes, they do accept cash, thanks.
In an e-mail update from Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast, president and CEO Mary E. Linton said this:
Too often politicians are blinded by their own ideology or personal circumstances and dont understand what another person is going through. Plain and simple: politicians shouldnt propose legislation that restricts a womans private, medical decisions. Theyre not in her shoes.
Thats what it means to these people to be morally opposed to abortion: were blinded by our ideology. I cannot think of a better way to describe the postmodern understanding of a moral position.
Listen, Mary E. Linton, and really try hard to follow along: there are no circumstances in any womans life that make it acceptable to kill an innocent child. None. Even if it did somehow magically help her to kill her child (which it doesnt), it still wouldnt be okay. Period. It doesnt matter where her shoes have walked a mile.
Kudos, though, for what will probably be a successful campaign, since women will finally have an excuse to show off their favorite shoes. Because who needs a moral compass when you have excellent taste?
If were going to talk about having a non-judgmental, live-and-let-live attitude, lets start with the most innocent among us.
Dont forget to tweet your baby girl shoes this Tuesday, April 16. If youve been looking for a fast, easy way to get involved for life, this is one. And remember to use hashtag #notinhershoes.
UPDATE: Due to the tragic events in Boston yesterday, Planned Parenthood has cancelled todays Not in Her Shoes Lobby Day.
How nice. Due to muzzie killings they will not be celebrating killings. /sarc
When they get around to doing it, I’m going to attach a #Gosnell tag to it.
Not a photoshop wiz. How about a Pair of Womens shoes unfilled. With the caption These are the shoes of the Woman that had the Cure for Cancer. She is not using them because she was Aborted.
I’ll let you know when they do!!
With empty baby shoes.
They don’t just abort them. They silence the living treasures for being pro life among other things. Look at Pro Life Ben Carson. They would rather live in a world full of disfigured and diseased rather than hear from someone who doesn’t toe their increasingly narrow line.
The left is the most devastating tragedy ever to hit this country. Art, Music, Medicine, Science, you name it, they’ll destroy it if it isn’t ideologically pure.
The Shoes on the Danube Memorial in Budapest would also be fitting, IMHO.
The only way to beat these people is to use their tactics against them. I have been saying that for like 25 years! YAY! It is about time. They made a mockery of America and freedom- so make a mockery of them.
How about posting pictures of little baby shoes, with the caption - “No baby for these shoes”?
“For sale: baby shoes. Never worn.”
See post #14.
Dear Ann Landers,
Is it wrong to expect a woman to refund the gifts in her baby registry if she has an abortion?
I wonder if I am related to the author of this piece?
Hatten is not the common spelling for the name (usually Hatton)
