I would argue that these guys are members of an international group that are attempting to create a world Islamic government. A government in waiting.

This is one case where I would like an open civil trial. There is too much being hidden by this clown Administration, plus he was apprehended on US soil and like it or not, he doesn’t he have US citizenship?

I do believe I am beginning to see things your way on this.
No dobut the guy need to be convicted and executed (when found guilty), but I am more afraid of the government abusing its powers through both incompetence and maliciousness.
After all, if the Feds were doing their jobs, that idiot and his brother would have been sent packing when they got a warning from the Russians, much less granting the younger brother citizenship.
On the other hand, the DHS has openly considered native-born patriots like your self and me, to be extremists by virtue of revering the Constitution and being Christians.
Supporting our natural Second-Amendment rights is just icing on the cake, you know the ruling class in D.C. is just itching to contrive some legal apparatus to outlaw conservatism, and I am personally afraid that giving the bomber enemy combatant status, would set the precedent to do just that.
And lastly, I believe the term "combatant" applies only to the laws of war, specifically meaning an individual who attacks members of the military on a battlefield, not civilians.
Blurring the distinction between the two could give President Big Ears a legal reason to justify using drones against U.S. citizens on U.S. soil, I believe there are just too many risks to individual liberty with this line of prosecution, and why I think it would be more appropriate to try him through civilian channels.

By the way, the US Constitution defines that as treason!! We are currently at war with the Islamic terrorist nations and all that harbor or provide aid and comfort. Look it up.
