Mark Wahlberg a.k.a. Marky Mark just told TMZ that he'd reunite with The Funky Bunch in order to help the victims of the Boston Marathon Bombing.
How much do we need to collect to make sure this never happens?
File this under the category of “Thing nobody wanted to happen, ever”.
Well, I know I’ll sleep better tonight knowing that my long-held dream might finally come true.
He needs to stick to acting.
Who the Funky are they?
Seriously, never heard of them. And I’m the same age as CP.
But I like Mark Wahlberg, good actor in many movies/shows...
Haven’t they suffered enough?
And maybe get another one going for him to just go away?
How about just digging into your pocket to help them.
You have a good job, Mark. Don’t mess it up by going back to your old one.
yeah, that oughtta do it...
OK....you get ‘Best in Thread’. :-)
Lord i can’t wait to see yet another white boy who wants to be black so bad he stuffs his drawers with socks and does pelvic thrusts.
I’ll pay for that of course.
Elvis did not stuff his gold lame trousers I can assure you.
Walhberg to his credit has turned out fairly ok....his older brother is a better actor to me
Wahlberg claims to have been in trouble 20-25 times with the Boston Police Department as a youth. By the age of 13, Wahlberg had developed an addiction to cocaine and other substances. At 15, he harassed a group of African American school children on a field trip by throwing rocks (causing injuries) and shouting racial epithets. When he was 16, after robbing a pharmacy under the influence of PCP, Wahlberg knocked a middle-aged Vietnamese man unconscious, left another Vietnamese man permanently blind in one eye, and attacked a security guard (again using racist language). For these crimes, Wahlberg was charged with attempted murder, pleaded guilty to assault, and was sentenced to two years in jail at Boston's Deer Island House of Correction, of which he served 45 days (6.16%). In another incident, the 21-year-old Wahlberg fractured the jaw of a neighbor in an unprovoked attack. Commenting in 2006 on his past crimes, Wahlberg has stated : "I did a lot of things that I regretted and I have certainly paid for my mistakes." He said the right thing to do would be to try to find the blinded man and make amends, and admitted he hasn't done so, but added that he was no longer burdened by guilt.
It's wierd - he's either good or horribly bad. He can blow hot and cold. I thought his acting in "The shooter" or "Four Brothers" was on par with a high school play. (el stinko) but in "The Departed" he was really good. The "Funky Bunch" were his back-ups during the Marky Mark days. (again, el stinko)
Just Wow and double wow!! (YAWN)
