Traffic around Southern Methodist University was jacked up all day, since yesterday actually. Five Presidents here in Dallas at one time, it is a day of history.

I like W. Met him once, rode mountain bikes with the man. Or, at least, I was there at the start. The man dropped me the first quarter of a mile.

I'd like to meet Laura. She always seemed like quite a lady, a First Lady with class. Her husband is a good man, I believe, an honorable man who loves America.

I got a call a few days ago from W's personal bike mechanic/liaison, wanted to know if I could make it down to The Ranch to help set up for a Wounded Warrior ride that is coming up in May. Bummer for me, I have family stuff going and had to say no.

I have shook the man's hand and hit the dirt with him, he is quite a character. I'd love to see Barry try to hang with him on any mountain bike trail you can name. That would be worth a background check and patdown by the Secret Service any day ;)

Well, beyond question GWB was the best president of the group dedicating his library.

Awesome, dude. Aside from the unwanted guest in Odumbo, looks like a great shindig.

Met Laura at a rally for W here in Milwaukee pre 2004 election.

She is one classy lady,,,perfect makeup and hair..cordial and gracious.

Some arse was yelling in her ear as she was addressing a small group of us who happened to be in the right place at the right time after the event.
He just kept screaming MRS. BUSH, MRS. BUSH...(look at me) and he was like two feet from her. She never looked at him or seemed even the slightest bit rattled.
A security guard finally hauled him away. I was going to tell him to STFU but then decided if he was truly nuts, he might hit me or worse...

I believe W, with all his mistakes as a pres. is a decent man.

Too bad he gave us the dhs, no child, the medicare drug thing and didn’t answer back to ANY criticism. I know it would give credibility to acknowledge critics, but geez, at least ONCE?

Even Reagan yelled shut up at a heckler.

I don’t agree at all. GWB was an imbecile and history will judge him so, his father on the other hand, wasn’t half bad.

I always liked W., but, let’s face it, with the arsehole we now have in the White House, Bush Jr. is looking more and more like a combination of George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and Teddy Roosevelt.
