Bring it on: Author says Muslim group's $30M libel suit will expose terror ties

The shadowy leader of an American Muslim organization accused of running terror training camps in the U.S. could find himself being questioned under oath if his outfit follows through on its $30 million defamation suit against the Christian group that leveled the charges in a best-selling book.

Muslims of the Americas, a group founded in the 1980s by elusive Pakistani Sheikh Mubarak Ali Gilani, is suing the Christian Action Network for defamation and libel following CAN’s recent publication of the book “Twilight in America: The Untold Story of Islamist Terrorist Training Camps Inside America.” Co-authored by CAN founder Martin Mawyer and Patti Pierucci, the book accuses MOA of “acting as a front for the radical Islamist group Jamaat al-Fuqra.”

In the suit, filed this year in federal court in Albany, N.Y., the Muslim group accuses Mawyer, Pierucci and CAN of "malicious, repetitious and continuous pronouncements and publication of defamatory statements against plaintiff."

"We're calling their bluff," said Mawyer. "I would have thought this would have been dropped a while ago, but I guess they feel they have to defend themselves to their own members."

Many of the book’s allegations are based on the claims of a former NYPD undercover informant who spent eight years posing as a member of the Muslim group, which has secretive bases in rural areas around the country, including Hancock, N.Y., and York County, S.C.

The book alleges organized criminal activity on the part of MOA and claims profits from “street crimes, drugs, brothels, unemployment fraud and other offenses” have been funneled to Jamaat al-Fuqra. Part of the money has been used to establish a series of Jihadi training camps on American soil, according to the book.

Both Muslims of the Americas -- made up primarily of African-American converts to Islam...

What does “under oath” mean to these people?

How true. Lying under oath means nothing to these people because their religion permits (encourages) it.

So there are training camps right in the USA, and the “justice” department is leaving them alone. How many of the bearded savages are collecting welfare?

You are asking the correct question. They will lie because our “oath” has no value in their system of government. Nothing new will come of this, unless they can be proved to have lied “under oath.” Then they may have to give a carp.

Nothing.
But that is neither unexpected nor new ; Taqiyah.

What is mind boggling is that this, a well known tactic of islam in its militant form, is grasped by any casual reader of history, islam and its blood-dripping history. Yet it eludes all our national security and police agencies, we won't even attempt to try to explain why Hussein and his Justice Department seem to be on the payroll of the "muslim brotherhood."

There is a further policy that can be opnly described as incompetence or treason. Citizenship oaths are meaningless to them, and when demonstrated fraud is obvious, there appears to be no mechanism to revoke fraudulently obtained citizenship!

Once that fact is in play, the citizen-enemy combatant issue becomes moot.

Strip a terrorist's citizenship obtained by perjury, then treat him/her as what they are : terrorist enemies on a mission.

Seeing as our government will not allow us to remove muslims by force and certainly the same government seems to embrace them coming here maybe the only thing left to do is ridicule the entire cult & Koran as a fictitious hate cult for retards and just laugh at ever Muslim we see.

At least for now they cannot arrest us for laughing.

Just like we have made smoking socially unacceptable and using certain words (you know those code words for racism of which there are 1,000,000+ according to Sharpton) let make it socially unacceptable to be a believer in the hate cult of Islam.

It certainly MUST be considered child abuse to raise a child in that cult.

To go to a mosque (aka WMD factories) should be considered plotting to over through the government as that is what they want with Sharia law.

Demanding a Cross be removed should be considered Hate Speech.

We have some counties which ban naming a child Hitler so lets ban naming anyone Mo-Ham-Mud.

This reminds me of the blowback when G. Gordon Liddy was sued by the secretary at the Democratic Headquarters at the Watergate Hotel. G. Gordon said the Secretary had a book of pictures of callgirls for out of town big contributors.

She sued for slander.

He got to depose her.

She broke down during the deposition, and withdrew the suit.

Deposing this clown as part of discovery should take months, and should end with him pleading for mercy.

Excellent story!

Let’s hope the discovery phase is quite damning for the muzzies.

As if Holder would allow any such thing.

But you’re absolutely right, and your way is the proper way to go with these animals. Not going to happen until we take our country back again.
