Some workers had that option for several days per month, but it is hard to repair vehicles via Internet.

In cities like that, it would be nice to have a telecommuting option at home.I propose a two-step program to reduce traffic congestion.
- Require every government worker whose job allows telecommuting to telecommute.
- Outsource all those telecommuting government jobs to the Philippines.
