I seen things I’d like to shoot in a Walmart parking lot....but a deer was never considered.
His lawyer is seeking a change of venue to a neaby K-Mart.
That story reminds me of the old Bugs Bunny cartoon where Elmer Fudd chases the rabbit into the opera house in full hunting gear.

Years ago when I was living out along the Michigan-Indiana border a deer came into the parking lot of a local discount store, and actually crashed through one of their front windows. Severely injured and bleeding, a customer pulled out his Bowie knife, slit the deer’s throat and put it out of its misery in front of the checkout lines packed with Saturday morning family shoppers.
Now THAT’S how you do it!
Did he have his feeder set up there? Was he using the free RV parking? Did an SUV make it happen?
He was hungry?
Maybe it was close to Valentines Day and he was shopping for his Dear Deer?
That too.
