“Top flight police work, that’s all there is to it.” — Cool Hand Luke
Tomorrow, questions about the competence of the Cleveland PD will be raised.
10 years inside the same house?
Ariel Castro is the 52-year-old man who was arrested today after allegedly kidnapping and then holding Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight captive in his basement in Cleveland for a decade. In a weird twist, it looks like Castro was actually a reporter who wrote an article in the Plain Press about the DeJesus case back in 2004.
Ariel Castro
Oh, hell yeah, they'll show up before too long. Just as soon as we get a car free. And you're gonna have to wait until our officers finish their lunch break, but that shouldn't take too long. Hey, a cop's gotta eat sometime, am I right or am I right? Heh, heh, heh. Don't you worry 'bout a thing little lady, we're on the case! Say, you wouldn't have a dog by any chance? No? Damn. Well, good talkin' with ya! They say the best things come to those who wait, so you just keep on waitin'! Heh, heh, heh. < click >
To Charles (the black MAN) who didn’t just walk away: you make me proud to be an American. Apparently there are some left.
To this monster: nothing. To the barely useful “authorities”: do your d@mn job and fry the monster who held these women and girls. I know it is a lot to ask, but do your d@mn job.
There’s something fishy about this story......
I cannot think of a punishment bad enough to suit this crime. The house must have been turned into a prison in order to hold these girls un noticed for ten years.
There are more out there, and when the cops come up short it falls upon us citizens to come to action.
All the authorities think about nowadays is following illegal orders from an illegal POTUS, they don’t care about missing persons like this.
Sure on a much local scale their are good cops and sheriffs but the Feds, nope all they want is absolute control, to them we are the kidnapped.
I guess the clueless dispatcher didn’t know if a cop car was available because most of them were parked around various doughnut shops. Shame on the Cleveland Police Dept. if they claim one shed of credit for this rescue after TEN YEARS of doing absolutely nothing.
And yes, Mr. Ramsey, the rescuer, should get the $25,000 reward for finding Amanda Berry.
If things were right in this country these creeps would be lined up in front of the house and executed today. Following that the house should be burned and their worthless corpses be thrown into the fire. When burned the debris should be cleared leaving a bare vacant lot for all time. NO flowers, no trees, no grass, just a stark bare vacant lot with a small sign with the names of the criminals and their crime and that they were executed by citizens who sought justice for monstrous animal crimes against innocent humans.
What investigation is needed? What more do we really need to know?
The sick $%&$$ need to have their &#!$$ cut off. The law against cruel and unusual punishment needs to be suspended for them. Monsters. Absolute monsters.
