This will sound strange, but yes, she did agree to dress like a schoolgirl, but there is something wrong with this. There is also something wrong with asking a woman to shave herself, though she voluntarily did it.

It’s for these reasons, I think she should get life in prison but NOT the death penalty. It’s because of the victim’s character, that I think she should be spared. If a murder victim is some1 who does nice things for society who is killed with no provocation, then I can agree with death penalty, if a jury decides this. Admit that circumstances of this case do call for death penalty, but if I were on that jury I would give her life in prison because the victim asked her to dress like a schoolgirl & I wouldn’t want my daughter to date a man who treats her like a schoolgirl. I’d want my daughter to be with a man who likes women, not women dressed as girls.

I think you go a little too far. Buchanan, indeed sympathizes with Nazis in a way that is completely shameful for anyone, especially a U.S. citizen. That probably doesn’t qualify him actually being a Nazi. Josef Goebbels was complicit in mass murder etc. As much as I dislike Buchanan, he’s obviously nowhere near as bad as Goebbels. And nowhere near as influential. Most people don’t know who he is, and he has a very limited sphere of influence, so he’s definitely no Goebbels. But if you want to throw a pie in his face, by all means, go for it...

You are obviously biased.

If you don’t support the death penalty, then please don’t comment.

The victim’s charater has nothing to do with her crime.

... the part of where he asked her to dress like a schoolgirl, shave herself & wear pigtails.

I didn't follow the trial. But if he "asked" her to do those things, is it really a problem? And what does "dress like a schoolgirl" mean? Wear a plaid or pleated skirt? And what evidence is there of any of this apart from her word?

It doesn't matter to me, though. Just as long as she won't be back out on the street.

Travis wasn't married to Jodi. Since when can he not have seen other women? Also, if she was pissed because he made her dress in pigtails, then she should've left instead of stalking him.

If Jodi Arias is released into my personal custody, I will change my mind about her getting the death penalty (snicker).

Beautiful murderess, Barbara Graham with her attorney

And let's not forget the victim she brutally murdered, crippled widow, Mabel Monahan:

She needs to burn just as if she were a man who planned and carried out the slaughter his girlfriend.

So you didn’t watch the trial, eh?

Take a look at Jodi’s photos then check out the autopsy pics.

That’s ALL you need to know.

Your logic is strange. Alexander may have been a lot of things, but for you to base his punishment on his character, shouldn’t he get a trial? Jodi got a trial, got to confront accusers, certain evidence was limited, and the evidence was weighed. How can you make these judgement of Travis without any standards or process? Doesn’t sound fair to me. (I’m not saying she should or shouldn’t get the death penalty, but I’m not sure anything you said is valid in that decision)

By the way, since you are saying that only people of exceptional character should have their murders punished with the death penalty, I think it's fair to ask:

If someone murdered you, are you a "good enough," person for that murder to be punished with the death penalty?

I remember seeing this movie in 1958 in a drive-in with a very pretty girl.

The musical score was composed and performed by no one less than Gerry Mulligan.

Is English you second language? Because Gibberish seems to be your first. She murdered him: by stabbing, by bloodletting, by shooting. If she had explosives she’d have used them. The fact you think he had it coming to him because he thought with the “wrong head” tells us more about you than him.

Bottom line, she took a human life. Doesn’t all life have value, regardless of how he conducted himself? She was free to say no if it was too kinky for her.
