Been doing some quick looks at the local news coverage....ABC, CBS, FOX, and NBC.....

Basically NOTHING on the murder of our people in Libya....about 30 seconds worth among all the stations......

How did YOUR stations do?

Few papers are as far left as the herald. Its been slowly dissolving for years. Were it ot for El Herald it would already be gone.I thnkthe old herald buidingis gone as well. They will wind up in a double-wide before its over.

Our local Gannett newsrag had it front page, top. With a decidedly lefty spin.

Partisan Fight Flares Over Libya Assault.

A clear attempt to influence the low-info public to believe that it is a Republican witch hunt.

The hours-long hearing produced no major revelation while reviving disputes over the widely debunked comments made by U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice five days after the attacks and the inability of the U.S. military to respond quickly.

I did. The above is what I found. The hearld's(no caps necessary) take on Benghazi is that "no major revelations were found" but there was that pesky "inability of the U.S. military to respond quickly"(its hard to respond quickly when you are told not to by superiors!!) They did reference Rice's idiotic comments but the overall thrusts, as usual for the hearld, is to shift everything they can to the left/in favor of the regime, nothing new here.

Yep. I don’t read the Pittsburgh newspapers, but a cursory glance at their websites & those of the three news channels reveals NO mention of yesterday’s hearings.

My mother in Johnstown reports that the story made page A10 of the Johnstown Tribune-Democrat, and it was only a tiny story.

I’m outraged at the death of outrage. The public should really be storming DC with pitchforks & torches after this, but they’d have to miss Anerican Idol so never mind.
