QUINCY (CBS) – A mystery in Quincy continues to deepen: Who is flying around the city from dusk to dawn, for the past ten days or so?
“It’s frightening, not just weird, but frightening,” said one resident of the Wollaston section.
Every night for nearly the last two weeks, residents have spotted a low-flying aircraft doing loops over the city. WBZ has learned the FAA knows what’s going on, but the agency isn’t telling.
“I mean it is strange. I don’t know if they’re looking for somebody, I have no idea,” one resident told WBZ.
It’s not the state or local police doing the flying, and the FAA is giving out little information, even to city officials.
“It’s frustrating, it really is,” says City Councillor Brian Palmucci. “I specifically asked, ‘Is it a law enforcement flight? Can we tell people that?’ He said, ‘No, we can’t tell you that.’ Then I asked that when folks call me can I at least tell them that it is something that they shouldn’t worry about, it’s something they shouldn’t be concerned with? He said, ‘I can’t tell you that.’”
The aircraft doesn’t appear to be flying when it’s cloudy out, only taking to the skies on starlit nights.

Small plane doing loop the loop for days on end with small pod/container attached screams chemtrail. They are not always visible peeps. If the people of Quincy start feeling paranoid do let us know.

Interestingly, we have had a few evenings where a helicopter was flying in loops over the same several block area, different areas each time. The first time was dark enough that you could see they had a light beam. But the circular pattern was like a moving spirograph, not just a continuous loop. At first we thought it was surveillance of criminal activity but the flight pattern made no sense and it went on for way too long. Then it happened a few other times in different areas. My final guess was it was indeed probably surveillance in the form of acquiring imagery for later use or maybe testing something.
Since when is a 182 certified for aerobatics? Loops? Must mean “circles”.
Chemtrails with a 182. No way. More likely is they are testing some new type of surveillance equipment. Some new IR or something we haven’t heard about yet.
But why over Boston???
Considering what just happened in Boston... Seems kind of odd place for surveillance testing to me..
Is it looking for a bomb perhaps? Or materials? Some kind of radio active detector on board the plane...?
Aerial photoacoustic spectroscopy? Would be useful for detecting things like someone stockpiling ammonium nitrate or the like I would imagine. Must have something for radiation as well.
They must have gotten wind (no pun intended) that those wascally people of the religion of peace have a dirty nuke or are planning a big event. Maybe there's a war going on between factions of our government. Who knows?
I hope the plane does belong to the good guys and that they are able to stop whatever they think is about to happen that they aren't telling us about.
Maybe they are trying to spook the muzzies into doing something rash. I don’t know.
Time to bust out that 8 gauge shotgun, we’ll find out. Most likely drone activity.

That's a flight out of Hollywood FL, not Boston.
Maybe it’s a Google map plane.

The mystery plane was spotted circling the Boston/Quincy Mass. area, not Hollywood Florida.
What am I missing?
These planes that circle for hours have been spotted in multiple areas.
