At first, I thought: “I must be mineral deficient. Or maybe I need more concentrated protein. I’ll eat more sea vegetables. I’ll just add more nuts and hemp seeds and drink more green juice. Then the cravings will stop.”

Seaweed. Most of us who eat it are honest enough to call it seaweed. It's loaded with mineral nutrients and protein.

Veganism is based on love and compassion, doncha know.
When she went public with meat-eating, she started getting texts from vegans wishing her dead.

She confided to close vegan friends that she craved animal protein and their concern was for the movement, not her well-being...

One more election cycle and she votes Republican.

They use it to wrap Sushi.

I use it to wrap Bacon Tacos.
