Suggestions for a Driving Music Playlist (Vanity)

So, my son and I will have a 5-day bonding experience and we will drive the Pacific Coast Highway from San Diego to Carmel and back in a pristine (red, of course) 1985 Alfa Romeo GTV-6/2.5.
I welcome your suggestions for some good driving music for the trip.
