That family needs to stay away from tanning machines.

Ew! Is that the best she could hook? He looks like one of those guys who hang out at street corners with a “ homeless: will work for food” sign. Most black Americans consider dreadlocks unclean. We call it “the dirty Afro with tentacles”.

Exactly. When my kids were younger, we watched “What not to wear”. There was a gal with dreads who hadn’t cut them in ten (10) years. Looking at them made me dry-heave.

Interesting photos. Looks like the cameraman who works for the Daily Mirror, or sold the photos to them, must have climbed up a palm tree and taken them from a fair distance. The angle suggests that. And the blurriness suggests that maybe he didn’t have a powerful enough telephoto lens, so he had to enlarge what he managed to get.

And every day at 5 pm can be one of those times as well........365 days a year. That’s a lot of solace for John.

From what I know, and that’s not much, once turned into a dread, it never gets untwisted. So I’m assuming that quite possibly when the dreads get really long and fat, the water/soap doesn’t penetrate the innards of the dread.

At least they actually got married. It’s better than a lot of couples these days.

"No offense intended to those with dreads, but after shoulder length they start looking like hair-balls that you pull out of the bathtub drain." I always wonder what the bacterial count must be on those (obviously) seldom washed things.

Haaaa!!!!
My better half was behind a black woman with an interesting “do” in a grocery check out line-—saw something moving within the “do”.
It was a roach.

Because it looks like a black person’s hair that hasn’t been washed, combed or groomed in about five years.

Her 38-year-old groom looked smart in a grey suit with his waist-length dreadlocks on display as he waited for Boehner to walk Lindsay down the aisle at Sundy House in Delray Beach on Friday.
I just checked all the photos and I don’t think he looked very smart.

At least they got married — too many young people today don’t even bother.
