I'm not sure - is it OK for me to relieve myself in your food in the restaurant doesn't provide a washroom?

Take the child back to your car and change the diaper in the back seat.

So she simply changed him in the seating area. So ... this dimbulb handled exposed fecal matter in a food service area.
Brilliant.

Did she wash her hands afterward? If not, I don’t want anything she picked up on her “coffee run.”

“But what if a business like Starbucks doesnt have a changing table in the restroom is it okay for a parent to take care of diaper duty in the public seating area?”
No! Who in their right mind would think that was acceptable in a dining area? I’d call the health department if the business didn’t kick them out for that.
To: Slings and Arrows
Is that your napkin? Mind if I blow my nose in it?
Hell yeah, they should take the baby to a more appropriate setting for changing the diaper.
If I’m sitting there having my breakfast or lunch the last thing I want to smell is baby crap , much less sit in it due to a not so caring parent not thoroughly wiping the area down.
Moreover, why would I want a case of E-coli because the area where food and hands goes was not properly sanitized .
Change the kid in the car.

No, because a perv will upload the video and/or CPS will arrest the parent for exposing their child.

He said make sure to wipe the seat when youre done, he said. They started talking amongst themselves and laughing about it.
He got so mad, he says, he dumped his venti coffee on the floor, saying, Make sure you clean that.
So, the Starbucks didn’t even call the cops on them for changing the diaper, like the story implied early. They called the cops on them for causing a scene.
To: Slings and Arrows
Was the baby just getting wet diapers changed, which take maybe fifteen seconds in a booth away from everyone’s view or was he on a chair (which I do not get) and a poopy diaper?
She could have gone to the bathroom and put a blanket or cover on the floor and changed him, or in the car or stroller.
The STBX employee over reacted.
