A new report indicates nine of the 12 jurors who convicted abortion practitioner Kermit Gosnell of murder yesterday, take a pro-choice view of abortion.
AS CNS News first uncovered, according to NBC 10 reporter Jacqueline London, And to give you some background on the jurors, of the seven women and five men who are on the jury, at least nine told the court that they are pro-choice. Two say that they are neither pro-choice nor pro-life.
So, interesting background on them, they have been very attentive throughout this entire trial, the local reported added.
The jury in the murder trial of abortion practitioner Kermit Gosnell returned a verdict and found him guilty on three of the four first-degree murder charges he faced.
Gosnell was found guilty of killing Baby A, Baby C and Baby D and found not guilty of killing Baby E. He was also convicted on hundreds of lesser charges ranging from infanticide to running a corrupt organization.
The guilty verdict on these three counts subjects the abortion doctor to the potential he will face the death penalty when a second jury considers his sentencing on the convictions. At minimum Gosnell will face three life terms in prison. The jury that will be tasked with sentencing Gosnell on the convictions will begin its work on May 21.
Gonell was also found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the death of patient Karnamaya Mongar, who died after a botched abortion. And he was found guilty on most of the more than 200 counts of violating Pennsylvanias informed consent law.
In total, Gosnell was found guilty of 21 out of 24 felony counts of illegal abortions beyond the 24 week limit and found guilty on all but 16 of 227 misdemeanor counts of violating the 24-hour informed consent law.
They are pro-abortion.
>> Notice they “were” pro choice.
GOD works in ways that are beyond our ability to understand.
Key word being ‘were’. Maybe not so much anymore.
He said "a women who has paid for an abortion deserves a dead baby."
Yes. That is the first question I had, are they still Pro-choice after all the gory details that came out in the trial?
Wish I could have listened on their conversations
Of course pro choice has to do with abortion. In Gosnell’s case, snipping breathing, crying baby’s necks isn’t abortion, it’s murder. straight forward.
We can only hope that these people now realize what abortion REALLY means. The best outcome will be if they talk to everyone they know about what they learned at the trial.
Anti-abortion folks were probably excused in advance.
Why would this matter to the jurors? Even if they were pro-choice, this trial was about murder of born babies and the law - not a trial of their beliefs.
I’m sure it’s already been said but the real question is after viewing what abortion truly is how can they be human and still be “pro choice”?
That makes the verdict even more convincing. E-mail this to all your leftist contacts!!
Meaning they are sinners, just like you and me, right?
One would think that would be considered in selecting the jury...
Pro-choce translates...."Killing babies is okay with me".
I'm almost surprised he got convicted.
He said “a women who has paid for an abortion deserves a dead baby.”
I agree they should place the pieces in a plastic bag and hand it to her to get rid of. That way she could see what she has done.
Maybe... they didn't exactly return the verdict in less than 2 hours, did they?
Only a man without a conscience could say such a thing.
Most of us couldn't even let a kitten, or baby mouse, or baby lizard suffer such as that.
Gosnell is a monster...but Obama is our Monster in Chief!
No I am not a racist...I am only a realist!
For not being abortion it sure was prevalent...zot
