Deidri Hernandez’s seven-year-old son won’t be in school today, after officials at Tippecanoe School for the Arts and Humanities confirmed they’re still holding “Switch It Up Day” – a time for students to come dressed as members of the opposite sex.
Hernandez tells EAGnews the day was originally billed as “Gender Bender Day,” but Tippecanoe officials made the name change after she called Principal Jeffrey Krupar to complain.
But it’s the motivation behind “Switch It Up Day” that has Hernandez most concerned.
She wonders if it is being done to promote the acceptance of homosexuality to students in school, which runs from pre-kindergarten through eighth grade.

Doesn’t anyone remember Sadie Hawkinds Day and dances? That goes back to Al Kapp, Lil Abner...middle of the last century. It was in good fun and not a sexual thing.
Again, I don’t like this and it takes the idea too far, and for the wrong reason. But let’s not pretend it’s totally unprecedented in schools to have boys and girls switch roles, in a fun way.

All I remember about Sadie Hawkins Day was that the girls asked the boys to go to a dance not wearing dresses to it. This is a different day and age; it’s obvious what the intent is, especially after you check out the principal’s Facebook page and see his photo. Words cannot accurately describe the message that those two items alone convey unless you are blind or are a gay sympathizer

My eye. I used to offer suggestions about homeschooling, but 18 years after We saw the same signs available to everyone else and took the plunge, we never looked back and have two wonderful, respectful, conservative young men as a result.
The child abuse is on the parents now. give up the luxuries and think of what the children have to facei. These schools. Do whatever it takes. You will be blessed beyond all expectations.

I would use the acronym for this ping list but I fear a government school defender may report me to the moderator in an attempt to have me banned. It seems they can find porn in the most innocent plances ( If it is coming from someone advocating that government K-12 schooling be abolished,)
Because kids should not be introduced to transvestism. They should not be getting mixed messages about their gender identity.
Their gender is what God gave them. It is not something variable. Confusing this will cause psychological, spiritual, and developmental harm to innocents. Ergo, Child abuse.
