I noticed something odd yesterday on my OTHER machine - but it is a new Windows 8, and it had just finished doing its own ‘update’ and all IE windows were behaving funny, so I thought it was Microsoft crap-ware problems.

As another poster suggested, maybe it also has something to do with your browser. I use firefox and setting the account preferences at 50 works.
The last couple of times this happened at FR it got corrected in some hours or so. Annoying, but not as annoying as when the whole site goes down. That drives me up a wall . . .
