Christian Laetner’s buzzer beater. Clearly should be on the list, not only for that one moment, but for the game it ended, the programs involved, the players involved, the coaches involved, the announcers involved - and that it led to a Duke dynasty that would not have existed without the shot.
And BTW, when in history was Kentucky the "fuzzy little underdog" ever? NEVER, except this one game.
