The receipt policy might actually be in place to protect the store, not the customer.
Here's what I mean. Suppose you go into a Dunkin Donuts and order three dozen donuts, and you pay for three dozen donuts.
But a dishonest employee only rings up one dozen donuts. Later, when no one is looking, the employee opens the register and pockets the money for two dozen donuts. Since he only rang up one dozen donuts, the register will match the receipt total at the end of the night.
So giving a receipt minimizes that problem.
By the way, I was sitting at a busy bar once, and was carefully observing the bartender (she was really cute). And it turns out she was doing what I described, all evening long!
Folks would order, say, four drinks, and pay for them. She would take the money, then ring up one drink, or sometimes no sale. Then she would put the extra money in a jar next to the register. Without a receipt, the the owner would have no idea what was going on.
What a moral dilemma that was for me! I knew the owner, but not very well. On the other hand, the girl was really cute.
On the off chance that this post is being recorded by the NSA, I will not reveal what action (if any) I took.

The video shows this woman wanted a fight and wanted to disrupt the entire transaction process involving not only herself but also others in the restaurant. Imagine she’d have stayed for an hour asking all the customers that came in if they wanted to know what she threw up last night. Would that be sufficient to a call the police? I must agree with you that society has so expanded use of the “F” bomb to the point that I’m sure it is within free speech boundaries by today’s standards. My wife watched a movie this weekend where 12 year old children were using it to curse their parents. Amazing what passes as entertainment today.
In fact, I wish to marry this woman. Her charm and grace, shows her intelligence and inner peace. Her obvious honesty is only trumped by her amazing vocabulary and gregarious and outgoing nature.

I see your humor in what you said but I think you are literally correct. The reason she talks to people like that is because (I am quite sure) nobody has ever hauled off and knocked her teeth out.
She will talk like that to the wrong person one day....

The woman has a coke type voice. That explains a lot right there.
