From Bond girl to bows:...Eva Green in 300: Rise of An Empire and, yes, Xerxes makes a comeback

Zack Snyder's been a busy man - not only is he currently promoting his new Superman movie Man Of Steel but on the day of the premiere he also released a teaser trailer for his next comic book movie - 300. The director took to the blue carpet in London's Leicester Square on Wednesday night alongside Henry Cavill. But while the hype builds over the Henry Cavill film, he's already looking to the next as he gears up for the 2014 release of follow up movie 300: Rise Of An Empire, which he returned to albeit as a producer and writer this time.

Supposedly the sequel to "300" was going to be titled Battle of Artemisium which was the naval battle fought concurrent with Thermopylae. I am not sure if Artemisium will be in the movie but it appears there are references to Marathon and Salamis. I must admit one small part of the preview I got goose bumps was what looked like someone carving wood I assume building the Athenian fleet. Eva Green plays Queen Artesmia who led a contingent of Persian fleet.
